To celebrate their second anniversary, The Salt Room have created a delicious candy-floss inspired cocktail. They will be giving one away to every diner on the 16th February. This innovative concoction combines East London Liquor Company Dry Gin, rhubarb, and blackberry shrub and citrus juice, topped with prosecco and garnished with a ball of candy floss sprinkled with dehydrated rhubarb.


This pre-dessert cocktail is the perfect bridge between main course and dessert and every guest will be given the chance to try this tasty tipple for free when dining in the restaurant.

Since the opening in 2015, The Salt Room have received several accolades and have been highly praised by The Sunday Times Magazine, The Independent, Time Out, Stylist and many more. February 2017 will see The Salt Room celebrate their second birthday.
