The Salt Room wins Seafood Restaurant of the Year
The Salt Room restaurant in Brighton has been announced the winner of the 2017 Seafood Restaurant of the Year. The award, presented by Seafish and The Caterer, is designed to find the best restaurants cooking and serving delicious seafood dishes.
Following mystery judging and a further group judging session held by the panel of competition judges The Salt Room came out on top and beat other top seafood restaurants including Rocksalt, The Idle Rocks, Ninth Wave and The Staith House.
The Salt Room are delighted to have been announced as this year’s Seafood Restaurant of the Year. Owner Raz Helalat said of the accolade, “It is an absolute honour to be recognised for the innovation and hard work that the team give when it comes to the menu, produce and service at The Salt Room. We have had a truly wonderful 2017 with the opening of The Coal Shed London this award strengths our belief in the dishes that we create to take to London.”
