Since the day the Mirabelle opened its kitchen doors back in 1989, our restaurant has attracted numerous awards, accolades and critical notices from the UK’s top food writers.
The Mirabelle has also featured regularly in the Good Food Guide and boasts being voted one of the Top 10 Restaurants in East Sussex. Head chef, Gerald Röser creates his menus to include seasonal classics and inspired signature dishes by mixing flavours, textures and local produce together.
In addition to the lunch and dinner services from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, we also host a gastronomic selection of special events throughout the year:
