Five minutes from the i360, MARKET Restaurant Bar is all about the very best of Sussex.

Whether you opt to sit on one of the many stools at the kitchen bar that overlooks the drama of the chefs hard at work, choose to sit at a table or entertain a large group in the upmarket private dining room, we highly recommend a visit to MARKET.
Open all day, every day, MARKET is a Marketplace, a hive of activity, and a place where you can indulge your taste buds with great food and drink. MARKET is a union of the passionate MARKET team and their local MARKET suppliers.
The talented MARKET team say simply that their menu showcases the food that they love to cook and eat with influences from their travels and the cultures and food heavens of the Mediterranean, the USA and our very own British Isles. Their passion for food has been cultivated by this distinct mix which they’ve given a modern and fresh approach using produce that is right on the doorstep.

MARKET’s casual dining style would not be out of place in London, Madrid or the back streets of Venice as so much of the dining happens at their kitchen bar where the main focus of the menu is the exciting array of modern tapas that is ideal for sharing. Offerings come from the likes of The Greengrocer, The Fishmonger, The Butcher and The Cheesemonger! Big flavours that make you smile are the emphasis of the menu and you can choose to indulge your taste buds on the likes of goats’ cheese churros with white truffled honey, scallops with wild boar bacon and honeyed parsnip, warm octopus with capers and smoked paprika, blue venison steak with egg yolk and polenta chips; and from the baker: baked popcorn cheesecake with salted popcorn and nougatine.

MARKET also caters for the more traditional diner with a great selection of fresh market meats and freshly landed fish, their Weekend MARKET Brunch and their excellent Sunday MARKET Roast.
Opening hours: 12pm – 10pm Monday to Friday, 10am-10pm Saturday and 10am until close on Sundays.
