Local business SJA Health Insurance, goes from strength to strength!

The summer has been a particularly busy and productive time for the independent advisors at SJA Health Insurance, a boutique insurance brokerage specialising in health insurance products, in Pulborough, West Sussex.

First, the company moved to spacious new offices in Goose Green, due to the business expanding and to accommodate additional members of staff.  Then Managing Director, Andrew Leach, decided to rebrand the company logo and image, and significantly redevelop SJA’s website to better reflect their efficiency, expertise, knowledge and high levels of personalised customer service.

During the process of creating the new website, Leach confidently decided to include Feefo, the trusted supplier of independent reviews, under the ‘About’ section or more specifically: ‘What our clients say about us’.

Andrew explains his rationale: “We pride ourselves at SJA on delivering the very highest levels of service and tailor-made independent advice to all our customers whether they are a huge corporation, an SME or an individual client.”

“So far, I am delighted to report that 100% of our clients have rated SJA as good or excellent.  And, I am not aware of any other independent brokers in our region who are posting Feefo customer reviews on their websites.”

The new website, designed by Liquid Light in Brighton, which went live earlier this week has been incredibly well received and has already generated a lot of positive comments.

“Developing a new website requires a considerable investment in both time and money but I am thrilled with the end result!  It accurately reflects the growth curve we’ve been on and our core values as customer-service-focused, independent health brokers” said Andrew Leach, in conclusion.
