GRESHAM BLAKE DESIGNS LIMITED-EDITION TIE TO CELEBRATE FATHER’S DAY

The Ivy in the Lanes has unveiled a collaboration with luxury tailor Gresham Blake. To mark the opening of The Ivy Collection’s first Sussex site and to celebrate Father’s Day, the restaurant has teamed up with the Brighton-based designer to create a limited-edition tie.

Created with the tailor’s signature contemporary style and vibrant colours in mind, the bespoke design is inspired by the brasserie’s colourful vintage prints that adorn the walls of the restaurant and the beautiful artwork on the menu.

THE IVY TIE FRONT

Only 40 of the limited-edition ties will be made, available to purchase exclusively at Gresham Blake’s flagship store in the heart of the North Laine and via Gresham Blake’s website, from 1st June for £75, making this a perfect gift this Father’s Day, Sunday 17 June. Members of The Ivy in the Lanes team will also be wearing the ties throughout June.

Gresham Blake says: “I wanted the tie to evoke the theatrical legacy of The Ivy, West Street. For decades the name has been the epitome of glamour, and the design plays on the restaurant’s history as well as its future: merging classic and traditional with the boldness and playfulness of Brighton.”

Barry Watson, General Manager at The Ivy in the Lanes says: “We are excited to join the thriving creative scene in Brighton, which is epitomised by Gresham Blake. The quality and individuality of their designs make them a perfect fit for The Ivy in the Lanes and we are thrilled to be working with them. The tie is beautiful, and I look forward to the team wearing them”

The Ivy in the Lanes opened its doors on Wednesday, 2 May, offering all-day dining, seven days a week, from dawn until dusk. Serving breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks, bespoke cocktails and dinner, there is something to suit all occasions.

The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés, offering sophisticated, all-day dining for locals and visitors alike. Each location is carefully handpicked to value, reflect and add to the local area.
