BUTCHERY OPEN EVENING at THE HUNGRY GUEST
The Hungry Guest Food Shop in Petworth are opening their doors in October for a special evening dedicated to butchery.
Ever wondered what the difference is between a flank and a shank? Where their meat comes from or how many people half a kilo of minced meat serves?
Their team of butchers are hosting an evening of demonstrations and tastings to answer all these questions and more.
WEDNESDAY 19th OCTOBER 6pm – 8pm
The Hungry Guest Food Shop, Middle Street, Petworth
They will also be joined by some of the farmers that supply them so you will be able to learn about provenance & farming methods too.
If that’s not enough to tempt you then Arundel Brewery will also be joining them for the evening. You will be able to enjoy a choice of their local beers while you learn more about butchery and taste a selection of products.
