Wellers Auctioneers is pleased to announce its first architectural auction of 2016 on 19th March starting at 10am.The auction will be held at Authentic Reclamation based in Stonegate, East Sussex.

This one day auction will see the majority of lots going under the hammer mainly unreserved; so there should be plenty to whet your appetite!

With over 600 lots to be auctioned throughout the day there will be something for everybody as there will be a huge selection of lots available such as Original 18th and 19th Century Stone Troughs, Benches and Staddle Stones as well as Original Stone and Cast Iron Garden Ornaments including Urns, Lampposts and Planters that would not look out of place in any garden. 18th and 19th Century Oak Beams will also be up for grabs along with original architectural antiques including Decorative Cast Iron Rain Hoppers, Brackets and Porcelain Sanitary Ware.

There is also a wide range of Cathedral Grade York Stone as well as Period Cast Iron and Marble Fireplaces that may perhaps add that authentic touch to your home! If stained glass is more your thing then there is a healthy selection of Victorian Leaded Stained Glass Panels, Windows and Doors. However, Period Pine & Oak Furniture may be more to your taste along with a vast array of Period Feature Doors, Decorative Interior Artefacts including Original Mirrors, Fire Dogs, Baskets and Lighting all of which are in superb condition.

Some of the more standout items included in the auction at Authentic Reclamation are the Period and truly Decorative Cast and Wrought Iron Gates and Railings which would adorn any property entrance and perimeter.

The auction will take place on the 19th March 2016, starting at 10:00am; the location of the auction is Authentic Reclamation, West Lymden Farm, Lymden Lane, Stonegate, East Sussex, TN5 7EF and will include more than 600 lots. Food and refreshments will also be available on-site, so there is no chance of you missing your opportunity to make that all-important bid.

There will be an opportunity for potential bidders to browse the many lots of Architectural Antiques, Period Garden Features & Reclaimed Artefacts before the auction day, with viewing from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday 12th March 2016 and from Monday 14thto Friday 18th March 2016, giving you plenty of time to find that item worth bidding for!
